DocketTrak now collects and stores all trademark data recorded each day by the USPTO. Every new application, every cancelled or abandoned mark, and every change that is made to every trademark record is collected and stored in our trademark repository.
We will soon make this data available as part of our upcoming DocketSearch tool, a powerful new way to search on trademark data in ways that are not available at the USPTO. We will also be adding patent data to our DocketSearch database too.
Our "Trademark Ticker" is a small demonstration that shows the data we now obtain. Each day the USPTO records in their database new applications, changes to status, cancellations, abandonments, and other changes. Sometimes this data takes up to 5 days from the time the application or change is submitted, but when the USPTO officially records it, we know it the following day and it is available in our DocketSearch repository. The "ticker" faithfully reflects this newly recorded data.
Click on one of the moving trademarks to see a portion of the data as it appears at the USPTO.
We welcome your thoughts and comments as we expand DocketTrak's capabilities for the IP community.
